To be eligible for a refund your item must be returned to us in the same condition and in it's original packaging, within 14 days of receipt.

- Keep dry, remove when bathing or swimming

- Remove when working out

- Avoid direct contact with perfume or other chemicals

- Clean using a dry, soft cloth. A small cloth is included with your order.

- Brass can tarnish over time due to exposure to the air. If you want to keep your brass shiny, there are various products on the market as well as several natural methods available online.
